Overview of the offering model
Pilot, Core and Enterprise form the three usage tiers. The first capture is always included and free of charge for you; updates are an optional service and can be commissioned independently. This keeps it transparent which costs are one-off and which services belong to ongoing operation.
| Offering | Suitable for | Scope of services | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | Companies that want to validate siteviewer on a defined property or area | Goal clarification, capture planning, capture or review of existing captures, processing, quality control and joint result evaluation | One-off fixed price after review of property, area and capture conditions |
| Core | Productive use at a site or for an active property | Ongoing provision of the tour, agreed access, property structure, operation and support within the defined scope | Annually per site or active property |
| Enterprise | Companies with additional IT, security and process requirements | Core plus individually agreed rights, SSO, audit log, API, data region or technical integration after review | Individual annual licence plus possible one-off setup |
| First capture (included) | Every project, regardless of package and term | On-site capture by a partner on site, data review and processing | Free of charge, with no subscription requirement and no minimum term |
| Updates (optional) | Work areas whose state changes and needs to be re-documented | Smartphone capture of the affected area, merging into the existing 3D model and quality control | Per update or as an agreed annual quota |

How the offerings work together
A pilot provides a reliable basis for decisions on a concrete use case. If the tour should then remain permanently available, the active property moves to Core. Enterprise is not a further property size but adds requirements to Core that arise from corporate IT, information security or process integration.
The first capture remains unaffected by this: it is free of charge without conditions and requires neither your own hardware nor your own staff. Later updates are only charged when a new building state is required.
How does a pilot work?
- Define the goal, user group and success criteria.
- Select a suitable area and capture method.
- Capture the property and create the tour.
- Review coverage, navigation and sensitive content.
- Evaluate the result against the agreed criteria.
- Decide on expansion, adjustment or completion.
Which factors influence the price?
- Size and number of areas or buildings
- Accessibility, light and ongoing operation
- Existing and newly created image material
- Quality and accuracy requirements
- Public, unlisted or restricted access
- Additional content, updates, support and integration
What we need for a concrete quote
- Building type and location
- Approximate area and number of relevant zones
- Intended use and user group
- Existing captures or planned capture method
- Desired start date and update requirements
- Special requirements for access, IT or data protection
What is deliberately not promised as a flat rate
Without property information, we do not state false precision on price. A tour is also not automatically survey-grade. Where reliable measurements, CAD, BIM or scan data are required, these requirements are assessed separately.
