How the offerings work together

The demo provides a reliable basis for decisions on your own property: 14 days, free and with no subscription. If the tour should then remain permanently available, the site moves to Core. Enterprise is not a further property size but adds requirements to Core that arise from corporate IT, information security or process integration.

The workflow remains unaffected by this: an ordinary smartphone is enough for the capture. The same applies to later changes — if an area changes, it is captured again and merged into the existing model.

How does getting started work?

  1. Define the goal, user group and success criteria.
  2. Select a suitable area and capture method.
  3. Capture the area and create the tour.
  4. Review coverage, navigation and sensitive content.
  5. Evaluate the result against the agreed criteria.
  6. Decide on expansion, adjustment or completion.

Which factors influence the scope of a project?

The Core price is independent of these — it follows the site, not the effort. The points below affect effort and schedule, and, for Enterprise, the quote.

  • Size and number of areas or buildings

  • Quality and accuracy requirements
  • Public, unlisted or restricted access

What we need for an Enterprise quote

For Core the site is enough — the price is fixed. For Enterprise we need more:

  • Building type and location
  • Approximate area and number of relevant zones
  • Intended use and user group
  • Existing captures or planned capture method
  • Desired start date and update requirements
  • Special requirements for access, IT or data protection

What is deliberately not promised as a flat rate

For Enterprise we do not state false precision on price without property information; Core, by contrast, has a fixed price per site. A tour is also not automatically survey-grade. Where reliable measurements, CAD, BIM or scan data are required, these requirements are assessed separately.
