Factory and industry

Production halls require a clear separation of approved and sensitive areas. A virtual factory tour supports internal coordination within existing buildings; a virtual plant tour presents selected areas to customers, applicants and partners.

Logistics and warehousing

In logistics properties, large areas, traffic routes, gates, handover zones and operational workflows are spatially closely linked. A virtual tour of a logistics warehouse improves viewings, project coordination and the preparation of leasing or conversion.

Commercial properties

For office, retail and mixed-use commercial spaces, a clear presentation to prospects is often central. A virtual viewing of a commercial property adds a realistic spatial impression to the brochure and floor plan.

Operations and facility management

When the current state, technical areas and changes need to remain traceable, digital factory and building documentation is a good fit. It adds spatial context to existing plans, photo records and task lists.

Selection criteria

Property size, light, accessibility, sensitive information, the required currency of the data and the audience are important. These factors determine the capture method, level of detail, access and effort more than the industry label alone.

Limits

The tour shows the visible state at the time of capture. It does not replace mandatory inspections, and without supplementary surveying it does not guarantee geometric accuracy. Changes to the building must be re-captured where required.
